Our standard is 1 adult chaperone per 10 students for secondary school groups; university groups typically travel with 1 faculty lead per 20 students plus a dedicated group coordinator from our side. Group sizes of 15–45 students are standard, with larger cohorts split into parallel groups on synchronized schedules.
Safeguarding and Risk Management
All drivers and guides are subject to background verification for school groups, and a written risk assessment and emergency protocol is provided to the school or university in advance. Comprehensive group medical/travel insurance is arranged centrally where required by the institution, rather than left to individual students.
Curriculum-Linked Tracks
We run two dedicated 6-day/5-night tracks: a History & Archaeology focus (Jordan Museum, Jerash, Petra's Nabataean water engineering, Wadi Rum petroglyphs) and an Environmental Science & Ecology focus (Dana biodiversity, Feynan's sustainability systems, Dead Sea geology). Both include specialist workshop sessions, not just guided sightseeing.
